Domestic Asset Protection Options
When you think of your own assets, you are probably constantly looking for different options to ensure that your domestic asset protection is going on the right way so that you can protect your investments. There are plenty of options available for both Offshore and domestic asset protection strategies. The monetary value of your property usually decides what kind of protection you need. Another factor in this process is the type of asset as well as the possible risks that may occur.
There are four domestic asset protection choices available: the first one, called the Domestic Asset Protection Strategy, consists of forming a Private Nevada Corporation with the help of a service that owns the assets or divide the ownership of the assets with other corporations. This way, a simple search of your name in the archives will not reveal a lot of wealth associated with you. The next one is called the Offshore Protection Strategy, and it has some great advantages. A correct set up of this strategy will provide you with a lot of privacy and financial protection.
For this, you can use either an Offshore Company or an Offshore Bank Account. Then we have a domestic asset protection strategy that combines an Offshore Bank Account, a Privacy Service, an Offshore Office Program and an Offshore Company.
This is called the Offshore Asset Protection Strategy and it offers you the advantage of a complete protection and confidentiality of your identity by taking the Offshore Asset and using an Office Program to remove your name from any documents. The final domestic asset protection strategy is called the Bulletproof Asset Protection Strategy, and it offers you the highest level of protection you can ever think of. An offshore company is set up in the Cook Islands and it deals with every business transaction you may need to perform.
