Nevada Corporate Haven
When trying to incorporate, people first search through the advantages offered by corporate havens. A corporate haven is a state with jurisdiction that gives advantages to those who incorporate there. There are only a few states in U.S. and some in the rest of the world. The best place to incorporate in the United States is Nevada. Usually, persons that want asset protection, lower taxes and higher profits start a Nevada corporation. The laws from Nevada offer benefits to corporate directors. Along with asset protection, people prefer a Nevada corporation because of the level of privacy. The affairs of any corporation can be managed easily because of some Nevada laws. Shareholders can be anonymous and directors can be safe from hostile takeovers. In a Nevada corporation, only directors can change the corporation's bylaws. Corporate law is used more intensely in Nevada than in other states because of the high number of corporations. Nevada is the only state in U.S. that still allows bearer shares. A few years ago, the only two states that allowed this were Nevada and Wyoming, but the state of Wyoming is no longer in favor of bearer shares. Besides bearer shares and nominee officers, the tax structure is also a strong reason for starting a Nevada corporation. The state has no franchise, corporate income or personal income tax. This obviously means that corporate owners can drastically increase their earnings. In fact, only Texas and Nevada don't share information with the Internal Revenue Service. Because of the simple advantages that you can get in Nevada and there are missing in most states, people prefer a Nevada corporation over anything else. Profits are higher and taxes are lower. The benefits you can get by incorporating in Nevada are numerous and you can easily decide by researching through the Internet.
