The Eligibility For A Nevada Corporation

To make a Nevada corporation the first thing you should do is to form you business in the state of Nevada. The next thing you should do is to see if you qualify for a Nevada corporation. You can do that by filling a registration statement with the Nevada Secretary of State. Getting the qualification is really important because for a company that has involved real property it is absolutely necessary to qualify for that property. Otherwise the officials will ignore it as it never existed and impute ownership to the owners of that certain Nevada corporation.

After you get the qualification for a Nevada corporation you will be governed by the state's corporation laws and not by the Nevada laws. The costs involved in forming a Nevada corporation are the same as in other states.
